Step #1: SIGN In To Google Account

First Of All Sign in to Google account if you don't have a google account so first create a google account then sign in . After signin Go To > Blogger.com

Step #2: Select A Name And Domain Of Blog

After You open blogger click "Create a New Blog" Select the Name of your blog and domain name what ever you want but remember dont use your name in domain name use a name that look professional you can check that is your domain correct by "Check Ability" Service. After you had select your domain and name than choose a template given under the domain or you can use your custom template on blogger.
